I like the idea of this happening, because I'm a cashier and I wouldn't mind not scanning items, but I do not think this will work. I don't really see how it could eventually work. I think people would loose sales.
I think this is a really neat idea. I feel it would make things run much faster & smoother. Also, if all money was kept on cards I think things would be more organized. I agree with Cory, too. I think it would definitely help cut down on shoplifting.

i think its a great idea and would be awesome. it would help prevent people from stealing as well
